Across every service, our approach stays consistent: understanding over quick fixes, pacing that respects where you are, and attention to the patterns underneath the problem.

Sessions are available in person in Brooklyn, NY and Kendall Park, NJ, and virtually across both states.

We're in-network in New York with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum UnitedHealthcare, and in New Jersey with Horizon BCBS and other BCBS-managed plans. We'll confirm your coverage before your first session, so cost is never a surprise.

We offer individual therapy for adults, couples therapy, and dyadic family therapy across New York and New Jersey. Within those formats, we support a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationships, identity, trauma, and ADHD.

You don't have to know before reaching out. The free consultation exists for exactly this. We'll talk through what's going on and recommend a format and therapist that fit.

Often, yes. Many people do individual work alongside couples work, usually with different therapists to keep each space its own. We can help you set that up thoughtfully.

Yes. We offer in-person sessions in Brooklyn, NY and Kendall Park, NJ, and virtual therapy for anyone located in New York or New Jersey.

Sessions are 45 to 55 minutes, most often weekly at the start. Couples sometimes meet weekly or biweekly depending on goals and availability. Frequency can shift over time as the work evolves.

Tell us. Fit matters more than anything else in therapy, and switching to another therapist on our team is normal and never awkward on our end. You won't have to start the whole process over.
