Across every service, our approach stays consistent: understanding over quick fixes, pacing that respects where you are, and attention to the patterns underneath the problem.
Sessions are available in person in Brooklyn, NY and Kendall Park, NJ, and virtually across both states.
We're in-network in New York with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum UnitedHealthcare, and in New Jersey with Horizon BCBS and other BCBS-managed plans. We'll confirm your coverage before your first session, so cost is never a surprise.

Anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity, grief, ADHD, life transitions. Our therapists are licensed across New York and New Jersey, and between them they cover the full range of what brings people to therapy. Whatever you're working through, someone here works with it every week.

You won't be assigned to whoever has an opening. We listen to what you're carrying, then connect you with the therapist whose training and way of working actually match it. If it's not right, we'll adjust. No awkwardness, no starting over from scratch.

Starting therapy shouldn't feel like a maze. The process here is simple: a free consultation, a thoughtful match with a therapist, and a first session where the only job is to start talking.
Sessions are 45 to 55 minutes, most often weekly at the start.
