Most men were raised to figure it out alone. That works, until it doesn’t, and the not-working often shows up as exhaustion, irritability, or a sense of being far away.
You don’t need to be in crisis to come. A lot of our male clients are competent, well-regarded, and quietly disconnected from themselves.
Therapy here doesn’t ask you to perform vulnerability. It asks you to be honest, which is different.
Stress, burnout, or chronic pressure that won’t ease
Disconnection in marriage, partnership, or fatherhood
Anger or irritability that surprises you
Pressure around providing, performing, or holding it together
Going through the motions at work or at home
Trying therapy after conversations with people close to you
Many men spend years pushing through, staying busy, or handling things on their own. Therapy offers something different: a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and talk openly about the things that rarely get discussed elsewhere.
The goal isn't to change who you are. It's to help you feel more connected to yourself, more present in your relationships, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence.
Sessions are collaborative, steady, and shaped around your experience.
Early sessions focus on what brings you in and how it’s affecting daily life and relationships. The work unfolds at a pace that allows for insight and meaningful change.
Sessions are 45 to 55 minutes, most often weekly at the start.
