Licensed Master Social Worker
LGBTQIA+
Family Conflict
Trauma & PTSD
I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and people from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds, ages 18 and up. My practice also welcomes neurodiverse folks, women navigating domestic violence, people looking to integrate psychedelic experiences, and anyone living with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or interpersonal distress.
My philosophy is integrative, humanistic, and existential, and I practice within an anti-oppressive framework. I believe the real expertise resides in you and your experience. My job is to bring curiosity, compassion, and the tools that turn insight into action, change, growth, and connection.
I also bring training in yoga, meditation, and art into the work, because understanding the human experience takes more than one lens. Sessions with me make room for the whole of yours. It would be an honor to be your witness.
I lead with curiosity and compassion, working toward insight, connection, and change that lasts. My style is rooted in psychodynamic, relational, and humanistic thinking, and my relational approach means we pay attention to your past, your relationships, and your full humanity, not just a list of symptoms.
I take an integrative approach, drawing on CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems depending on what you need. In practice, that looks like building coping strategies for stress and anxiety, strengthening emotion regulation, and learning from the past so you can finally move beyond stuck patterns.
