Navigating insurance can be confusing and frustrating. We work to make the process as clear and manageable as possible by handling billing carefully, communicating transparently, and addressing issues when something doesn’t look right.

When insurance companies fall short, we advocate on your behalf whenever we can. And when direct advocacy isn’t possible, we help you understand how to advocate for yourself. Our goal is to reduce financial barriers so that accessing quality care feels more possible.

Why We Accept Insurance

We believe therapy should be accessible, and insurance companies should pay for the care they cover.

Check Your Insurance Benefits

Before starting therapy, we’ll help you understand your coverage so you know what to expect financially.

We work with both in-network and out-of-network insurance, depending on your plan and location.

We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.

*This is an estimate and is not a guarantee of reimbursement. Clients should always confirm the estimated reimbursement amount directly with their insurance companies, as they have the most up-to-date information. If you're unsure what exactly to ask your insurance company, you can use these questions as a starting point.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits

If we’re not in-network with your plan, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. You would pay for sessions directly, and your insurance may reimburse part of the cost. We provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company.

1

2
