Women's issues
I work with adults navigating the things that pile up: stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, life transitions, and relationship and women's issues. A lot of my work comes down to two skills that change everything: building self-esteem and learning to set boundaries that actually hold.
My toolkit is practical and evidence-based: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-focused work, mindfulness, and psychoeducation, which is a clinical way of saying I'll always explain what we're doing and why. The path we take is personalized to you.
More than anything, I want sessions to feel safe and free of judgment. A place to explore what's really going on, set goals that mean something to you, and use the strengths you already have to reach them.
We start with a thorough look at what's going on, then build a tailored, evidence-based plan together. No guesswork, and nothing one-size-fits-all. Whether it's anxiety, depression, or trauma from life's heavier stressors, the work is structured around resolving what brought you in.
The aim isn't just feeling less bad. It's helping you reclaim a sense of purpose and vitality, so that life outside our sessions starts feeling like yours again.
