I view psychotherapy as a collaborative and deeply personal process, one where we work together to expand our self understanding and awareness, paving the way to deeper, more authentic connections and a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Many of the people I've worked with are accomplished individuals in their own right, yet feel unfulfilled, disconnected in relationships, or overwhelmed by the ever growing demands of modern life. I enjoy working with adults to navigate relationship challenges, career dissatisfaction, as well as anxiety, ADHD, depression and addictive patterns.
My approach is personable and insight-driven. I bring genuine curiosity, presence, and yes, humor, to every session. Together we explore the patterns getting in the way of you feeling fulfilled, then work on shifting them so you can find more satisfaction in your work and your relationships.
My practice is integrative and psychodynamically oriented. I'm also trained in KAP through Journey Clinical, which I bring in when it's the right fit for a client's goals.
