is about to get a little
bit happier!
Hooray!
Reaching out is usually the hardest part, and you've already found your way here. Pick a time below that works for you. No big forms to fill out first, no commitment, just a conversation about what's been feeling hardest lately.
NOT SURE WHERE TO START?
That's a normal place to be. Some people want to book right away. Others want to ask a question first, or just take a smaller step. The form below is the smaller step. Tell us as much or as little as you'd like, and we'll respond as soon as we can.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
A few quick answers to the questions we hear most often before someone reaches out.
It’s a 15-minute conversation about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and any practical questions about insurance, scheduling, or format. From there, we’ll recommend a therapist who fits. No pressure and no commitment.
You don’t need a crisis or a diagnosis to start. If something has felt heavy, stuck, or harder than it should be, that’s enough of a reason. The consultation is simply a chance to see whether therapy feels like the right next step.
Most new clients are able to begin within one to two weeks, depending on therapist availability. Virtual appointments often have the greatest flexibility.
Yes. We are in-network with Aetna and Cigna, and many clients are also able to use out-of-network benefits. We can help you understand your coverage before your first appointment. You can also visit our Insurance & Billing page.
Fit matters. If something doesn’t feel right, tell us. We can help you find another therapist within the practice and make that transition feel easy and comfortable.
Yes. Confidentiality applies from the moment you contact us. Your therapist will also review the few legal limits to confidentiality during your first session.
INSURANCE, HANDLED
If you're covered by Aetna or Cigna, billing runs through your insurance like any other in-network care. Different plan? Many include out-of-network benefits, and we'll help you figure out exactly what yours covers before you start.
